1. install addon
2. To get API go to Qiwi website:
https://qiwi.com/api
issue a new token selecting only: View payment history
3. ACP > Setup > Payment profiles: Add Payment profile select [DevFo] Qiwi RUB
4. put name, Qiwi phone number without prefix +
5. put token
save!
Note! this payment method only allowed in Russian Rubles currency RUB
