1. Added support for Huawei devices based on latest HiSilicon Kirin 990E CPU.

Supported features:

Direct network unlock
Read/Write Huawei certificate (secure data)
Remove FRP / ID (if available on the device)
Read / Write OEM INFO
Flash and Read full firmware
Get full device info / Load Fastboot / Backdoor open
Write original Huawei board (factory) flash files in *.xml format
Enable Downgrade / Change firmware
Repair and Change Vendor / Country / Model / Battery serial number
