Major Update: Improved Rooting Solution

Significant code overhaul for an improved rooting solution, particularly targeting Samsung devices with an init_boot partition. This update not only enhances the stability of rooting on Samsung devices but also improves the generic root solution for other models.

New Feature: Disable Huawei ID

Introduction of the Disable Huawei ID feature, designed to permanently remove Huawei ID from Huawei devices equipped with Qualcomm SoCs. This functionality means you can remove Huawei ID lock and other means of protection. After disabling Huawei ID, the device is fully functioning, you can use apps, make calls, send messages - however, the Huawei App Gallery, Huawei Cloud, Huawei Find Device and other Huawei services may not be available.

Our new Modem Anti-rollback Remove procedure allows users to flash modems with any bit versions onto their devices, a first in the world solution. MDM Remove
procedure has arrived for Samsung Exynos devices! KnoxConfigure, KnoxMobileEnrollment/BulkEnrollment and KnoxFirmwareManagement locks can be removed. The procedure works in EUB mode and the changes are permanent, the lock does not come back, even after factory reset, updates or firmware flash. Important note: If you still find the device locked after MDM Remove, please run a Factory reset manually for the changes to take effect. If you get an "MDM not detected" error, it is likely that you have a different lock on the device, such as Find My Mobile, SmartThings Find, Lost mode or any other. In this case, try other procedures. Knoxguard itself cannot be removed with this procedure.

We've launched a new Device Wizard feature for Samsung Exynos phones. Now, you can set your phone's model and start the Identify procedure in advance, before connecting the device in EUB mode. MTK Improvements

Added support for MTK preloader mode on devices, where the bootrom mode is not available. Chimera automatically tries to switch the connected device to bootrom mode and detects if it fails. After that, you can push the Try a different method button on the dialog shown and Chimera will try to initiate a connection to the device in preloader mode.

Huawei Improvements

The USB Firmware Update procedure has been enhanced to provide support for the latest phone models. This update, available exclusively from USB update mode, allows for the flashing of files from ZIP archives, offering a more streamlined and efficient process.
